Pork tenderloin is one of the leanest and most tender cuts of pork. That means dinner you can feel good about! Here are the basics:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- Remove the silver skin from you tenderloin
- Season both sides
- Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high
- Cook the tenderloin 2-4 minutes per side (8-12 minutes total)
- Transfer to the oven (in an oven-safe dish!) and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F
- Let it rest 3 minutes
- Serve
