The Best Marinades for Grilling Pork
Marinades add flavor and tenderize meats. There are many different marinades that complement pork. Typically, you can marinate your pork anywhere from 2 hours to overnight. Here are some favorite marinades:
Hawaiian Marinade
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 12 oz. pineapple juice
- 3 scallions
- 3 tablespoon ginger
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
Thai Marinade
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon garlic

Mediterranean Marinade
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon fennel
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- ¼ teaspoon salt
