Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat flat top to 350-400°F or panini press to medium high.
- Spread roughly 1 tablespoon of apricot jam on 4 slices of sourdough. Top each with roughly 2 ounces of sliced ham, 2 ounces of brie slices, and half a sliced apple. Finish with a second slice of sourdough.
- Spread top side of sourdough with butter, and place buttered side down on either flat top or panini press. Butter other side of bread. Weigh sandwich down and cook 3-4 minutes per side, until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
