Ingredients

Before we get cooking, here’s everything you need. Check items off as you go — at home or in the store.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk together cola, ketchup, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, onion, and ground mustard in an 8”x8” casserole dish.
  • Dice boneless ribs into 2-inch chunks and add to dish with the cola sauce. Cover and braise until tender, about 1 ½-2 hours.
  • Once tender, remove cover and increase oven temperature to 475°F. Roast for 15 minutes and flip rib pieces. Roast for an additional 15 minutes, pork should be starting to char and sauce should have thickened.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve with thickened sauce and desired sides, such as collard greens and rice pilaf.

NOTE:

  • Could be made with bone-in country-style ribs as well, will take slightly more time, closer to 2-2 ½ hours until tender.
