Ingredients

Before we get cooking, here’s everything you need. Check items off as you go — at home or in the store.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line baguette slices on a parchment lined baking tray. Brush on both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for until golden brown, flipping halfway through, about 7-10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Divide prosciutto slices in half lengthwise, and halve again horizontally. Pinch each piece together along the long edge to create mini fans or rosettes. Set aside. Cut brie into 24 roughly equal size pieces.
  • Spread each crostini with about a half teaspoon of fig jam. Top with a piece of brie and then prosciutto. Sprinkle with pistachios if desired.
