The World Meat Congress is a biennial gathering of everyone from farmers and exporters/buyers to economists and meat scientists from around the world focusing on key issues affecting the meat and livestock sector. This year’s event, held May 30 to June 1 in Dallas, Texas, brought together more than 700 of the world’s meat industry thought leaders.
