Directions

  • Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the pork chops in egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  • Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops.
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning once. Cook until the internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F.
  • Remove the pork chops and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.

*Whole muscle pork cuts are safe to eat when cooked to 145°F and allowed to rest for 3 minutes.
