Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange the sprouts cut-side down to help them sear.
- Scatter the bacon pieces evenly over the pan.
- Roast for 15–25 minutes, tossing once halfway through. Begin checking at 15 minutes—cook time will vary depending on sprout size and your oven.
- Roast until sprouts are fork-tender but not mushy.
- Remove from oven, toss with balsamic vinegar, and serve immediately.
Bacon should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F with a rest time of at least 3 minutes.
