Legal Usage

All media using Pork Checkoff funds, in total or in part, are required by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to use the Pork Checkoff logo and copyright language. For any printed piece, brochure, Web site or presentation, position the logo and legal copy in the lower left corner of the page.

Many communications also require placement of an inventory number somewhere on the document. This number can be placed in the bottom right corner of the communication, lining up with the legal copy and in the same font.

Note: If a Pork Checkoff logo already appears elsewhere on the page, it is only necessary to put the legal copy in the lower left corner.
