In addition, the Pork Checkoff Hospitality Tent will be the new location for the noon business luncheons featuring Elwin Taylor, Iowa State University Extension climatologist, and Steve Meyer, president of Paragon Economics, who will present weather and market updates.

PORK Academy Features Full Slate of Producer Seminars
Looking for ways to manage your farm more efficiently? Don’t miss the Pork Checkoff's Producer Opportunity for Revenue and Knowledge (PORK) Academy sessions on Wednesday, June 4, and Thursday, June 5, during World Pork Expo.
"PORK Academy offers an outstanding lineup of leading experts who will address issues facing producers today," said David Ray, chair of the Checkoff's Producer and State Services Committee and a pork producer from Edenton, N.C. "These sessions will provide attendees with information to help operate their farms more effectively and to stay current on industry trends and challenges."
This year’s PORK Academy seminars, which will provide updates on Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV), sow nutrition, manure nutrient management and other industry topics.
