The Iowa Pork Producers Association is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer as well as the Accounting Director and Trade Show Marketing Director. This position requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Successful candidates will have experience with accounts payable, maintaining files, accounts, and record keeping. Strong written and verbal communications within the organization as well as externally to customers and investors are essential. Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role and proficiency with Microsoft Office products are required.
Applicants should be able to support the mission and goals of the organization with enthusiasm to serve Iowa pork producers. Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
